With over 20 years in the equine industry and 8 years operating in Ireland, Equestrian Surfaces Ireland Ltd is now the leading manufacturer and installer of second generation synthetic riding surfaces in Ireland.
To provide the most advanced range of equestrian surfaces in Ireland, the company has invested heavily in the research and development of surface technology. In response, there has been an overwhelming demand for the entire range of riding surfaces manufactured by Equestrian Surfaces Ireland Ltd.
The company’s flagship surface Cushion Track Premier is scientifically developed with a unique blend of materials that provide the cushioning effect and the impact absorption properties, thus prolonging the competitive career of the horse and reducing the risk of premature joint and repetitive strain injury.
The range of surfaces has now been widely accepted by the industry, with Cushion Track Premier being generally acclaimed as the preferred surface by many well known trainers, riders and institutions such as Dermott Lennon, Deravarra Public Gallop, Coilog Equestrian Centre, Tony Martin, Kill International Equestrian Centre also outside Ireland at British School Of Racing, Frankie Dettori, Bill Smith, Paul Nicholls, John Whitaker, Hollywood Park California and many more all of which have firmly endorsed the product as the ultimate all weather riding surface.
Due to considerable overseas interest in Equestrian Surfaces’ range of products, Manufacturing and Licensing Agreements are now established in a number of countries including Australia, USA, Canada, Norway, and Sweden with a number of other countries currently being supplied to such as Dubai & Syria.
Equestrian Surfaces expanded into the Irish Market under the management of Gary & Sarah Rhodes in 2002. Based in Kildare is the companies’ own manufacturing plant, where our unique blends of surfaces are produced.
As an Irish based company we source where possible all our materials through the Irish market. We operate a stringent quality control system at our manufacturing plant in Kildare, thus ensuring only the highest quality materials are used in the manufacturing of our surfaces. All our Polypropylene Fibres are provided through Equestrian Surfaces UK, where we have our own production plant.
Our investment into the Irish Horse Industry and its up and coming young riders is evident through our sponsorship of many events through the country annually.
Equestrian Surfaces Ireland has established firm roots in Ireland and through working closely with many government bodies in an advisory capacity; we feel we are helping in the development of one Irelands most valuable industries.
